Boston is full of great vintage shops! Even though the city is huge and they might be hard to find, there are still a lot of options throughout the city. You just have to know where to look.
Boston does not have the reputation of being the worlds leading vintage city, but they do their part in making sustainable fashion accessible to the public… It’s is filled with many small and fantastic vintage shops and you will most likely find something no matter where you stay!
I have made a list based on friends’ recommendations, reviews online, and my own experience with some of the stores. So without further ado… Let’s dive in!

1. The Garment District

The store is over 12,000 square feet and they have more than 40,000 unique items. So if you lack inspiration or just want to spend a couple of hours in piles of clothes? then The Garment District might be something for you!
They also specialize in having seasonal clothes and they have a big stock of winter coats and sweaters! But as I said earlier… they have pretty much everything.

2. Bobby From Boston

Bobby from Boston is one of the best vintage shops in Boston. They have been around for quite some time and feature a lot of great vintage items!
They mostly cover high-end fashion for men, but they do also have a small section for women. So check it out if you are in town! They also have a reputation for dressing actors and famous people and they mostly have clothes from the 1930s and ’60s.
3. Vivant Vintage

Vivant the french word for a living has founded this shop. The vintage shop provides affordable second-hand apparel, accessories, and other things. They also feature local artist made products. The hop itself is beautifully decorated and you will defiantly walk away with something!

4. Covet

391 W Broadway South Boston
In southern Boston, you will come across Covet. This shop is small in square footage but has an incredibly stylish assortment. So are you looking for high-end fashion such as Jimmy Choo, YSL, Cucci, and more? Then check out this small rather expensive vintage shop in Boston!
5. Lola’s Urban Vintage

Lola’s Urban Vintage is an award-winning vintage shop located south-central in Boston and features many great vintage accessories and clothing. The shop opened as a passion project by the local artist Nicoletta. It displays affordable and cool accessories and clothes for the hip youth and for anyone interested in street art culture. Check it out if it sounds like something for you!

6. Rick Walker’s

Welcome to the wild wild west! Rick Walker’s is famous for vintage clothes taking you back to the Rock n’ roll Cowboys since 1932. They offer a huge selection of boots, classic western wear, hats, t-shirt, and jackets. They also sell antique Native American jewelry! So are you into this kind of style you should prioritize this! If you are traveling to Boston is also worth a visit for its American feel and atmosphere!
